Other stores known for their low prices (Franchesca's, Target, etc) now seem expensive to me, since I'm completely spoiled by the incredible choices and ridiculously low prices on jewelry at Forever 21. They are especially great for necklaces. Whether I'm looking for a sweet simple necklace or a fabulous statement, Forever 21 always has me covered at a price less than two cocktails.
