LIPSTICK ON YOUR COLLAR: DAY 1

I had actually been hanging on to this outfit since Mixed Prints week. I bought this blouse at TJ Maxx and knew I wanted to pair it with these polka dot jeans. The weather took a nosedive, so I waited for at least a semi-warm (aka not SNOWING) day to wear this.

I threw the little shrug on at the last minute, knowing that I would need more than just a little bit of chiffon to keep me warm inside.
